We have an upcoming Educational Supervisor half-day Workshop to help you manage and support trainees either wishing to work Less Than Full Time (LTFT), who are already working as a LTFT trainee and trainees who are planning or have taken a break from training of >3months.
As it is very likely that you encounter increasing numbers of doctors considering flexible training or working as flexible/LTFT trainees in the years to come, we have developed an Educational and Clinical Supervisor workshop which will specifically address how best to support and assess this group.
