Post-graduate doctor survey 2023 now open!

Our annual post-graduate doctor survey 2023 is now open, and anyone who responds will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 voucher.
The survey aims to get feedback on the experience of our post-graduate doctors in training. The survey’s findings will be published and help the take steps towards real change where it’s required to ensure that our post-graduate doctors get the best experience during their time with us.

As a result of responses from last year’s survey we have made improvements to a range of issues from the induction process to locum pay and how you can book locum shifts. We know that this is an incredibly busy time, but we need to ensure that we make continuous improvements that matter to post-graduate doctors like you.

“Our post-graduate doctor survey will give you the opportunity to provide feedback on what work is like for you right now and what we can do better. It only takes 10 minutes to complete, and your anonymised answers will be used to help shape the support we give during your time with us,” said Andrew Furlong, Medical Director.

If you are a postgraduate doctor, you can take part in the survey here.
