As part of our continued commitment to environmental sustainability and improving the pay and processes for locum bank shifts, from 1 March all locum bank shift claims will be going paperless.
This has been made possible with the successful rollout of Locum’s Nest across CMGs, meaning that the process of booking and claiming shifts is now completed entirely through the Locum’s Nest app.
Any shifts which are worked after 1 March will only be able to be claimed through the Locum’s Nest app, therefore any paper claims won’t be accepted or processed.
“We are committed to improving the way that locum bank shifts and claims operated, as well as working to improve our environmental sustainability. This new approach will improve the way that locum bank claims are processed, whilst eradicating our use of paper,” said Andrew Furlong, Medical Director.
